Shipping prices are calculated based on the weight, value and destination of the product(s) you require.

0.4 kg or less
£ 2.95 plus VAT
0.4 to 1kg
£ 4.95 plus VAT
1kg to 5kg
£ 7.95 plus VAT
5kg or more
£ 9.95 plus VAT


*Certain locations, such as Scottish Highlands, non-UK mainland or remote destinations may attract a surcharge, depending on the weight of the item, destination and shipping provider. If your order falls into this category, we will contact you immediately to advise of the additional charges.

What Couriers Do We Use?

For UK destinations, small items are generally sent Royal Mail. Larger items are sent using a courier such as UK Mail (formerley Business Post) or TNT. All items (except for certain low-value products) must be signed for on delivery. Saturday delivery is available for an additional fee - please contact us for details.

For European destinations, small items (under 2kg) are generally sent Royal Mail AirMail. Larger items are sent using DHL or UPS on a 3-4 working day delivery service. If you need an item urgently, please contact us for alternative shipping options.

Returns Policy

For sales to 'consumers' (B2C as opposed to sales to business B2B), we operate to the UK Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) - you can find full details in our terms and conditions, however in essence, this means you may return most new, unopened items provided you let us know by email within 7 working days from the delivery of your goods. We do not re-imburse the cost of returning the goods to us, unless we made an error (such as sending the wrong item). Goods which are 'special order' products cannot be cancelled.

You should expect to receive your refund within 30 days, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. For B2B transactions, please see our terms and conditions for full details, or contact us.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. If we accept your request to return an item, we'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
