The new NEC SpectraView Reference 302 will look really impressive on your desk, and deliver exceptional colour accuracy. Its 30 inches of screen space is more than enough for you to view multiple applications or to see the bigger picture. It'll be great for you to show images or designs to customers, or for you to edit or design on. It's new LED backlight, large colour gamut and satin anti-glare coating will deliver a wonderfully sharp, crisp and saturated image. The 16:10 aspect ratio gives a slightly squarer image than a 16:9 27 inch screen and many users prefer a 30 inch for this reason.
The included SpectraView Profiler software will make accurate hardware calibrations very easy for you. The 5 year warranty and 6 month pixel defect warranty will give you the peace of mind that your investment will continue to make a huge difference to your workflow for many years to come. Shipping is free and if you can find a better price give us a call and we'll see if we can beat it.

The SpectraView Reference 302 is based on the MultiSync PA302 but each one has to go through a lot more testing, measurement and very tight quality standards to make the grade. It isn't simply a PA302 with a hood. Each SpectraView is measured for colour and brightness uniformity and any variations are corrected. This is especially important with such a large monitor as it gets progressively harder to maintain uniformity as size increases. The gamma curves are all measured and adjusted as well. The firmware is upgraded to allow for full look up table hardware calibration via the included SpectraView Profiler software.
SpectraView Profiler is a version of the excellent BasicColor Display software. It's easy to use with many advanced features - all you need is a compatible colorimeter such as the i1 Display Pro or Spyder4. The hood shades the monitor from overhead or side ambient light and the 5 year warranty and pixel defect warranty give you real peace of mind. The SpectraView Reference 302 is a big investment for anybody but the warranty, quality and features make a sensible one if you want a large colour accurate monitor. The better your monitor the better you are able to accurately retouch and so the less time it will take, meaning that in the long run this is a monitor that may well save you more than it costs.
If the screen has or develops any full pixel or sub pixel fault in the first six months from purchase then NEC will replace or repair the unit under warranty. Pixel defects are very rare in this quality of LCD panel.
