The EIZO ColorEdge CG243W is our best selling monitor of all time and it's easy to see why. For many digital photographers, retouchers and graphic designers, the EIZO ColorEdge CG243W is the ideal size and offers outstanding quality, colour fidelity, sharpness, uniformity, black/shadow detail and much more.

Quality
Only the top few percent of 24 inch IPS panels pass EIZO’s strict standards and get put into a ColorEdge CG243W. EIZO do everything they can to minimise both brightness and colour uniformity issues with the CG243W, initially by only selecting the best panels available, but they then applying their DUE (Digital Uniformity Equaliser) to get things even better. EIZO also measure the individual tone response for the red, green and blue channels at the factory and adjust them so the monitors colour response is as perfect as can be.
Accuracy
The ColorEdge CG243W comes with EIZO’s own ColorNavigator software and requires a colorimeter, such as the X-Rite i1 Display for calibration. ColorNavigator is able to communicate with the monitor and make direct internal adjustments based on the response of the calibrator to ensure the greatest possible accuracy. The 3D colour look-up-tables improve the 'additive colour mixture'; a key factor in its ability to display excellent neutral grey tones. The included hood shades the monitor from ambient light. Having a screen this good means less hard-proofing is required because you can accurately soft-proof on screen - how much do you spend on printing, only to find they have to be re-done? The CG243W will give you confidence in editing your images on screen, knowing that what you are seeing is an accurate representation of the actual image.
Reliability
EIZO’s commitment to quality is clear from their warranty. All users benefit from a 5 year warranty. Additionally for the ColorEdge range EIZO offer an on-site 'advanced exchange'. This means that EIZO will send a replacement or loan monitor to you and arrange for yours to be taken away for repair. Once fixed, the monitors will be swapped back. At Native Digital we have so much experience with EIZO ColorEdge monitors that we are more than happy to talk you through set up and the first calibration, and we are always happy to answer any questions you have.

I have always thought to buy a wide gamut monitor with colour accuracy, but the price tag put me off and I have tried to find work around with my mac but the printing was always a guess, now with the Eizo not only I see great colour but my print match what I edit on my screen.
I really advice everyone who is into photography to invest on this monitor.
great service from Native Digital with great advice and support.

Martin - it was really nice to have a chat with you yesterday afternoon-I learnt more about monitors talking to you for 15 minutes then I have trying to sort out a monitor with two other companies who, sadly, always seem to try and sell you the most expensive rather than what does the customer need. I used to work in a family DIY run business for over 30 years and we always-like you-believed in telling the customer the difference between the products so they could make up their mind or trust you to make the decision-so it was nice to talk to a someone after my own way of doing things. Once again for all your advice-it was all very much appreciated-Alan

Never spent this much on a screen before, but colleagues recommended it (and Native Digital). So pleased with it - detail I never knew was in my photographs is there to see. Blacks are very deep and calibration (which I was worried about) is easy. Thanks.

My computer finally arrived and the monitor is up and running. Although I can't quite make out the separation between the darkest two blacks on the Cambridge in Colour website - I'm highly delighted with the monitor - it makes me look like a better photographer!
Thank you very much,
